Added: Support for screen reader software (JAWS) Freezing and crashing issues: We did encounter some issues with freezing and crashing while we were testing the app. In all cases, we could open the program and begin again, but this could get frustrating if it was a regular occurrence. The Appearance menu let us customize Card Set, Card Back, and Background; choose Blue, Black, and Silver color schemes; show or hide the Ribbon and Status Bar; set animation effects; and configure performance options. ESET UPDATE is a handy basic program for downloading all the videos you'd like. The ability to download multiple videos at once is a nice plus, as is the Pause feature, and even though the Help file leaves something to be desired, the app is straightforward enough that most people will be able to use it without a problem. Cannot find a single one. What's new in this version: Summary Layered configuration options: You can more or less set and forget ESET, or you can toggle individual components like email scanning and online banking protection. Or, instead of toggling, you can adjust a variety of parameters for each component. For example, you can tell the bundled software-based firewall to ignore the filtering rules set up by Windows' built-in firewall, specify how many days you want ESET to retain a log file before deleting it, or instruct the on-demand scanner to ignore email files, while telling the automated periodic scanner to examine email files.
